Thank you for your interest in donating to the The New Mentality! Your gift will support a movement to amplify youth voice and support young people to contribute to creating a better mental health system.
The New Mentality gives voice to young people’s stories that often don’t get heard. We create spaces where youth experiencing mental illness have the opportunity to create change in the mental health system and in the way society views mental health. Youth tell us that being in a community that accepts them and allows them to be fully themselves in the midst of their mental health struggles is life changing. As a donor you can help support us in creating these life changing experiences for young people.

“I joined New Mentality because I want to talk about mental health to youth and make a difference. Knowing that I can make a change and help other youth is a great feeling.”

Youth Changemakers Fund
The Youth Changemakers Fund directly supports youth who are making a difference in mental health in their community and province wide. Donations made to this fund will be allocated to the area of greatest need; some examples would be supporting youth travel to New Mentality training or providing youth honorariums.
